Warranty Policy

1. Manufacturer's Warranty Coverage

NovaMarket acts as an authorized retailer for premium brands. The vast majority of the products sold on our platform are covered by a comprehensive manufacturer's warranty. The specific terms, duration, and coverage of these warranties vary significantly depending on the manufacturer and the specific product category.

2. Standard Coverage Terms

Generally, manufacturer warranties cover severe defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use for a period of one (1) year from the original date of retail purchase. If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, the manufacturer will either repair the hardware defect at no charge, exchange the product with a product that is new or refurbished, or refund the purchase price.

3. Exclusions and Limitations

This Warranty does not apply to: (a) consumable parts, such as batteries or protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (b) cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports; (c) damage caused by use with another product; (d) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, fire, earthquake or other external cause.
